Become part of the Reset Challenge Community. You will be added to a group chat where you can discuss your journey with like-minded women.
Be disciplined to push hard and not give up, and have daily and weekly check-ins to ensure progress and promote consistency.
Fix your mindset towards food, exercise, and yourself. Be challenged to go outside your comfort zone and create new ways of thinking.
You will have two coaches at the same time, two people fighting your corner. Two people understanding your lifestyle and other commitments.

24/7 access to a WhatsApp chat, we give you a DAILY report for to send us, and we are here to chat whenever you need us. The more we communicate and get to know you, the easier it will be for us to help you.
Detailed and informative weekly check ins, we will ask you to send over your weight, progress pictures, and measurements, and then show you a detailed breakdown of your progress from the previous week, and from the start. We will chat through how the week has gone, what could have gone better.
A nutritional guide and recipes to inspire your cooking
A workout guide to teach you all the tips and tricks there is to know around exercise
Personalised workout plan designed for YOUR needs. Whether that’s home workouts, gym workouts, circuit training, HIIT, running. We have experience with all types of training and are able to work with you to create an approach to your workouts that suits you and your lifestyle.
Tailored calories and macros breakdown, which are calculated carefully and , as well as advice on how to achieve those goals, what foods to eat, and more.
Form feedback, we encourage you to fill your workouts so we can ensure your form is correct and that you aren’t going to cause an injury.
Motivational messages and accountability, we are here to be your support network. When you are feeling down and not in the mood for the gym, we will talk through it with you and try to understand the cause. We will pick you up when you need picking up, but also support you if you need some time to focus on other things in life.
Weekly focus goals, to ensure you are always developing and progressing, we will give you a main focus goal for each week, and we will review this goal every day.
Consider your lifestyle, in order to make this journey a success, we will work to try and build a full picture of your lifestyle and availability. This will allow us to set you realistic goals and provide you with the best service we can. The more we understand you, the better we can coach you.
Advice on nutrition, this can be the hardest part for some people, so we will ensure that you are comfortable and confident with your nutrition, and know what to eat to achieve your goals.
